Hello,
The automated email said that you can take up to 5 days to review it, but by then the order could already be processed and shipped out.
Can someone please cancel my order before it’s shipped?

hi, as mentioned in our announcement, once an order is confirmed, order modifications are not guaranteed. as we have many tickets coming in during this high volume period, all tickets are dealt with in a chronological and fair manner.
