#Cancellations Is Option 3 “save”?

I am quite thankful, that you allow Option 3 for the cancellations. Nevertheless, with this “large” volume of overselling:

Is Option 3 a guarantee to have reserved inventory or is there again any kind of prioritization happening and choosing Option 3 could lead to cancellation in November?
