Hi Osume team! Just wondering if it’s normal for my cable usb to be vertical vs flat. When it’s plugged in it has to twist which coils the cable weird and is under tension essentially. I noticed in someone else’s photo and on the website it’s portrayed as flat

it's not, seems like there were some cables affected in similar ways. you can reach out to cs for a solution :)
