Stamps Collection Notification(s)
  1. Simply add a message to the chat/notification upon completing a stamp book collection.
  2. Add a glamour (similar to an enchantment) to the stamp book inventory item - indicating that a collection has been completed.

This would be very annoying when doing huge mob kill vaults or raid vaults. There should be an option to turn it off
