Game rule for Rotten Scav items

Create a game rule or setting to allow scav items to go "rotten" again, for those who don't mine/like emptying the scav pouch after a vault for the extra soul shards/essence.

Response: Doesn't fit game design

We made an game design design to remove this. We thought that for the very low amount of soul shards you would get, it’s not really worth it, and makes leaving a vault a bit easier to de-loot. It’s also not like some players are missing out on this, it’s a universal change. We would recommend that if you want this back, just give yourself soul shards when exiting a scav vault :)
