I think I mimic'd a TFO build from a few years ago in terms of consoles. This is disruptor but, I also have essentially the same build for phasers, antiproton and Tetryon.
It's basic, nothing fancy like some of these sci builds I see but It will do some damage when everything goes to plan.

Please switch to Concentrate Firepower 3. Lower ranks of CF can override higher ranks, which can cost your teammates significant DPS if they have some torp focus

I'll take that under advisement. I run solo generally with the occasional TFO.

CF3 is basically twice as good as CF2, so it's a good idea to switch for yourself as well.

as a general assessment, the build is suffering a bit from not having a clear direction:
it's mainly using CSV, but with a DBB and a torp.
also, way too much eng abilities
reworking this build would depend on a few factors:
-> what is your overall goal?
-> do you wish to stay on this ship or are you open to change?
-> which ships do you own? (not only as potential platforms, but also in terms of traits and consoles)
-> what would be the overall budget you'd be willing to put into the build? (in terms of EC, Dil, grind, but also possibly zen and lobi. can be as low or high as you like, just affects which route to go for)
