I saw someone roll a 0 on a movement and still be able to norma on that same chapter (causing them to win.). I dunno if it's because of Weathercock, or because of something going on with tagging and Sevens, or even some third thing. I was told I should probably let you guys know so here it is, along with a clip of the last turn. (it was a game on someone else's stream, if linking to that would help please let me know.)

So, it seems Lucky Zero only applies if you roll 0 on just one dice. Especially through a Move and Warp Move followed by another move.
Not even double 0s would apply.
But my friend SomeGuy appears to prefer it that way. That the double dice and one of them being zero doesn't prevent norma.

So, in a case where you actually MOVE 0 panels, that's when I'm fine with being unable to norma.
It does make more sense to me that only a total movement of 0 would prevent norma.
