How long was it staying in the ocean? Best soak time is between 12-17 hours

you also need to be close to a fish habitat

I caught up with them again after 20 hours.

Works fine. Before Resting, aim at the buoy on the first line launched to check soak time. Over 17 hours in total, no fish.
