Every few mins one of my crew will fall into the hatch opening at the bow of the boat and be stuck there doing nothing. I can temporarily fix this by saving a re-loading the game but that's inconvenient to say the least. then they'll be stuck again shortly after.

Pick up the bucket, and replace it by hit the X key.

Same problem here, the crew get stuck all the time so I have to save and restart for the problem get fixed. When crew get stuck they can’t do the tasks they are assigned to

I've tried all of that. They get stuck just from wandering about the boat. I think when they aren't assigned tasks they should just take a seat somewhere or stand leaning on the railings or something. They're getting stuck all the time. When I assign to work the longline reeling in they just get stuck staring at the bleed bucket. It's all good though, that's what we're here to test!

its what i do when i mooring at pier and they have finish i fired them all then i stay alone on boat
and for longlines i know even if i dont see them job is made, so ok i come back i fired them thats all . my way of course
