Walking and running on deck during sailing causing boat to roll and capsize. It happened to me on Dr Phill and Nordland. Boat can start to behave very violently while I am walking on deck. (singlaplayer)

It seems that it is not about running. Bumping into cargo while running on deck may cause capsizing.

Having exactly this same issue, I'm hauling Medium cargo, and almost flipped, figured out it was me bumping the cargo.
