Ability: When this card is put into your discard pile from anywhere, the opponent discards a card.
Just like Peacasus, you want to cycle Rockyphant into and out of your discard pile many times through the use of Boosting. If you can do this at least twice, I feel like this is getting great value.
In addition, because it's 8 power and Tough, this can also just be used as a defensive wall or even an attacker, depending on what the opponent has. It's similar to me to a creature like Sweet Fighter, where it's a high-powered card that can intimidate on the battlefield, but then also doesn't mind if it gets defeated.

One interesting point is that it's actually easier to discard it than defeat it. Since it's tough, it will need 2 hits to go to the discard pile after play. So there's a trade-off between a high power defense vs card discard. Quite similar to Sweet Fighter, yeah! Good example
