1-3 build was not created for cap breakers in mind and are not optimal by a long shot.. 4th build was a huge success with a 6'4 legend poster guard with 89 3pt and 92 handles and has 10 cap breakers in mind. 5th build was a failure SF with low physicals. 6th build is a 6'9 all around and 7th is a re-creation of the 6'9. Currently working on my first 7 footer.

Also Dame will likely miss most of next season, and I'm not sure how well he'll do once he comes back from injury, so he probably won't make my top 10 PGs. I would probably have Hali above Trae Young, and then take Dame off the list.
For what it's worth, I consider Jaylen Brown to be a SG/SF (but SG primary position) and Tatum to be SF/PF (PF primary position) That to say, I would have Jaylen Brown at 4 on the SGs list, I would have Kyrie at 5, I would have Tyler Herro at 6, then Amen Thompson at 7, then Zach Lavine at 8, Derrick White at 9, and Austin Reaves at 10. Bane, Jalen Green, and Norman Powell are all also fighting for that 10th spot.
For SFs, I would move have Tatum at 1, then move Lebron and KD at 2 and 3. Franz at 4, Kawhi at 5, Jalen Williams down to 6, and then Jimmy Butler at 7, followed by OG at 8. Demar should be higher than Brandon Ingram (9 then 10).
Removing the SFs from the PF list, I agree with Giannis --> AD --> Paolo --> KAT, but you lost me after that. I'd say Mobley is 5, followed by Jaren Jackson at 6. If we're assuming fully healthy, Zion is 7, then Pascal at 8, Scottie Barnes at 9, and Randle at 10 imo.

He’s a great defender and has a great work ethic, if he didn’t get injured he would be top of the league way before Cade would be. I say Paolo, wemby, and ant. Cade doesn’t have the cast to win big soon. Wemby has a good draft pick coming with a previous great draft pick. And Anthony Edward’s well, he may not win soon either. Magic easily the best team now after acquiring bane. Because of that really good lineup, I think he’s gotta be one of the highest up there for rising talent. no if you attack the rim too fast you won't even be able to read who's open and if you use the speed boost with dribble moves properly .. you will still be very quick

73 close shot and u get a nice badge, 1 more driving layup and u get phys finisher silver, i think you wasted some in mid range to get 94 3pt... you could have went 89 then +5 cap breaker...68 block would have got you high flying denyer to utilize the height on a 6-4.. not utilizing dunks or very much on a 6-4 ...60 rebound gets you bronze rebound chaser!!! use your height!!!! thanks for sharing!

I tried making 6'8 to get 81 handles but he cant get bronze limitless (83 3pt) +88 block like the 6'9 can
as long as I dont spam dribble move ill be fine with bronze handle for days i think
this basically a slashing playmaking stretch four paint defender and yes it only has silver unpluckable and bronze handle for days and not for dribble spamming but very effective at using a couple moves to get open. But I will absolutely need to watch out to people with high steal like the hungry wolves honestly.

5 of them are 95+
400K feels about right
many builds become final around the 90OVR mark anyway and most stats are just increased to get to 99.. the stats that dont matter much
also many builds become very "viable" around the 80-85 mark and are very fun to play
so to think you need 400k or bust IMo is not the way to think
if you do indeed feel that way...

I would put the game on semi - rookie or even rookie depending on your skill level and play the NBA season like normal just earning minutes and a spot on your team... You want to level up shooting as soon as possible so you can start getting accolades like rookie of the year/ player of month / and so on... jumpshot should be #1 thing to level up .. once you can start scoring then increase difficulty to Pro then grind on that difficulty until you are like 85-95
