But in general, the work life balance is really nice, because it's a smaller business, not a big corporation. Likewise, we don't get any crazy benefits, but I do think I'm compensated well enough for the work that I do, and I have a fantastic relationship with my boss, which helps a lot

Isn't what gambling, Ante-Up? Technically yes, but in the eyes of ESRB, there is a difference.

ESRB rates 2K25 E for everyone for

The difference between Ante-Up and Poker or some other game in which you gamble (but have some control) is that, to the ESRB, you are much more responsible and have much more control in Ante-Up. The better player (theoretically) wins in something like Ante-Up. Whereas Poker or something like that, you can make educated decisions based on statistics and such, but you ultimately can't change the cards on the top of the deck.

Ante-Up is more betting on yourself and your skill, whereas sports betting is betting on someone else, or Poker is betting against the deck
