Because you didn’t pay attention to your max potential in the builder. You can’t exceed your max potential for the cap breakers. If it stops at a 90 in the builder you can’t go past that. So honestly just go with steal 94 would give you HOF interceptor.

It’s not even really just that. A lot of times with low pass accuracy the catch animations the receiver gets are bad leading to bobbles and they could potentially get bump stolen. Messes up easy catch and shoots on breaks etc. I have 75 on pass accuracy there’s a huge difference from 89 to 75 without a doubt.
