It is very sad that with over 15 games i have played on PC and connected my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller to has worked with every game but NBA 2k24. When downloaded the game i plugged in my controller into USB port, it for some reason does not work. My controller is completely updated as well.

Correction, it does work, but the joysticks do not work. The A buttons only works when i press B. The B button which takes you back to menu screens acts as X button. Controller works great on every other game including PGA 2k23 which i play almost every day.

Very sad situation for NBA 2k team, and i have asked to reimbursed for the game purchase. Maybe your team can come up with some resolve on how to get Elite controllers working on PC so that console players that have converted to PC can play the game happily.
