I built my slasher PG with love and precision. 93 Driving Dunk Gold Poster (HOF +1) Spent nearly $850 over the year—on boosts, animations, gear. This build was mine. It was personal. Then Patch “V7.0” dropped. No warning. No honesty. Just vague notes like “addressed off-ball movement” while my slasher became useless overnight. Now I’m missing wide-open dunks. Momentum’s gone. Quick Drops don’t even trigger. My favorite part of the game? Silently nerfed. This ain’t about losing a few games. This is about losing faith in a game I loved. A game that meant something to me. A game that took my money and then changed the rules. And what hurts even more? Nobody’s really talking about it. Slashers like me are just supposed to accept it. Like we’re disposable. Like our playstyle isn’t valid anymore. 2K—why would you do this without telling us? We’re not asking for perfection.
