Tweaks: You can lower strength to 71 and get more speed and agility and go up to 94 steal for 99.
Can dribble shoot pass finish and defend very well.

Okay, but one question: What are endorsements? How you get them? As a 60 ovr, how would you be able to complete all of them not being great at the game as well as being bot great at shooting hoops? Also, do I need to foul every game on Out n Bound tho? Can't I actually do all of them for more money?
Also, is there a build for the story of Oit n Bound to be easier to defend, shoot and dribble?

Complete the Out of Bounds Intro story to unlock the merchandising endorsement. You also have the State Farm and Gatorade endorsement
-Do the goat skill challenges and accolades in the quests tab.
-Then in your second season you can play FIBA tournament and win 25K for winning it.
I recommend you play on Rookie it makes it easier and you can get the goat skills faster this way.
This makes you around 120K VC
