Unable to upload CSV file in Firefox | Cloaked | Page 1

So I just signed up for an annual membership of Cloaked and I am very excited! I mainly use Firefox and one of the things I needed to do is import the csv file from my old password manager into Cloaked but I kept receiving this big Red Dot after I chose a csv file. I closed Firefox completely and tried it again to no avail.
Seems like it was a Firefox issue because when I try the same file in Chrome, it worked just fine. Can you please ensure Firefox Mozilla works with any and all features of Cloaked? I have already signed up and I would hate to cancel my subscription a few days into it.

Hi there, thanks for reporting this! Ideally this would need to be a support ticket or raised in #1120738617850069123 I'll file a bug report for you and once we know more we'll update you!

I've merged the original ticket I created into the ticket/email you've just sent in so now if any updates are shared or we need any additional information it'll go via the ticket you've just opened! So you active/current ticket number will be: #7512
