I’m subletting 1 room with an attached bathroom in 2BHK apartment located on 27th Main, HSR Sector 1, near Zudio and Cult Fitness.
Fully furnished with all essentials: Geyser, Fridge, RO Water Purifier, Washing Machine, WiFi, Sofa, and Bed
Rent + Cook charges : 20,000 + 3,500 per person/month. (No Bokerage)
Parking: available for Four wheeler and two-wheeler
📅 Available from: 1st Feb 2025, If you want to move early then also no problem
If you need a mattress, I’m also selling a Wakefit ShapeSense Orthopedic 8-inch mattress (4 months old) in excellent condition with 2 wakefit pillows.
Reason: leaving Bangalore and looking for replacement.
