Helloo 🙂 @uncut merlin

I know of no good martial arts gyms in Yelahanka 😦

Here's a list of good ones in case you can travel far or ever shift your house 😅

  1. Kia Kaha
  2. Reign MMA - Kalyan Nagar
  3. ICSA
  4. The Dojo BLR (does jiu-jitsu)
  5. Raw Combat Fitness India
  6. T99

Btw, listing these 'cus some people travel from far off places to go to these schools 'cus they're supposed to be good 😶

#

Another option - you can go for boxing to the Cult Fit gym that is closest to you!

Hey, thanks for recommending

But travelling all that far isn't in my mind rn, I've got holidays and i was looking to utilise it properly without sitting home

there's a difference between self defence and martial arts

#

the latter is an art and a sport, some arts are more violent like muaythai and krav maga which can be used for fighting haha

#

I know a good taekwondo institute with reasonable fees, lmk if you're interested. Note that it's an art and a sport (primarily)

#

also for Cult, you can check their website for fees

@toxic wagon Will do

So if I want to just be fit and be able to defend myself in case of any fight, what should I learn?

anyway the best way to win a fight is to not get into a fight, but if you can’t help it, knowing how to land a punch (and fast) + taking down a person using weak spots is the only important thing

Fighting someone? throw dirt in their eyes. Simple
No sight = lost fight
Once partly blinded, it’s easy to run away or do whatever you want to them
