what do you mean by data entry? is this digital? I can automate it for you instead
@rocky hornet I have a AI based software for automated data entry with atleast 85% accuracy. Reduces data entry time by 70% atleast.
AI powered data entry? 😭
yeah, it can give a structed data from any kind of document without you specifically coding for it. It doesnt even needs a structured template to work. can work on any template and any document
it's prob an llm that scans documents i forgot they exist
none of the llms work with a document which is scanned or in image format bro
Its based on older tech of llm
we use NLP
pretty sure ive seen plenty of what i mentioned. llm is nlp dude.
ah, youre referring to Donuts. They are pretty weak. cant even tell an invoice's total 50% of time
donuts is just an ocr thing
They are good with long ass texts
i meant donut as in document understanding transformers, there are tons of them. They claim to not rely on OCR somehow
I read their original research paper some time back
didnt understand their exact process
But the output of even the best one of them is not upto the mark
Although this is a Data Entry, human intervention is required for some intermediate steps, hence not automating fully.
oh that's great, however in this case it's slightly different, hence will be difficult to use the Software, thank you so much for suggesting.
I would however like to know more about this AI software :p
you gotta tell us the workflow
- We'll have a rough dataset.
- Segregation of required data from this whole set.
- Modifying this set into more refined set (This where human intervention comes in, we did discover a tool, but it gives less than 90% accuracy, hence we decided to go ahead with manual method.
- Then inputting the refined data to the given format (copy paste)
