How to make a turret point its weapon without changing it's visual angle

I am trying to create a plant that shoots poison at the player on my RPG game, but i want it to visually stand still while still pointing at the player, is it possible?

Nevermind i solved it by fully going around the problem

Instead of making the plant a weapon, i GAVE it a weapon.
