#How can i make a Ui ability manual aimer in 3x?

This might be confusing, This is also similiar to the 4x ability button aim if you know.
Is it possible to create a button that when you hold an item that can be aimed and performs an attack, It can be manually aimed by the player using the use/attack ui button? The button also coolsdown after use.
The most important part is the aiming, How can i make my OWN circle aim instead of the green box one.
Watch both of the full videos so you can know what im talking about, This is similiar to the 4x ability bomb aim but i cant use 4x because my game is already 3x and i cant switch game engines.
