how do I make this system?

When I press a button, it will switch into another ui with the same button. But I don’t want it being pressed
Too fast or too slow. I know how to make it switch at the first Ui but only when its too slow. How do I make it go back to the first ui (where the tapping started) if the buttons are pressed fast?

Make another layer ui and disable the layer of the button
