How does the new 4x engine work? Is 4x engine gonna be seperated from 3x for ever? Does 3x progects gonna be updatable to 4x?

4.x make the quality much better but some engine removed like the switch phone and tablet ui removed, and 4.x has currency counter ui in there and some script or script blocks changed and removed some decorations and more
