Hi! I wasn't able to picture it in time, but during the start where we are supposed to be customizing our characters, the customization started with my character's back turned, and for some reason the mouse controls wouldn't work to let me Rotate the Camera to make the character face me. I ended up accidentally proceeding with flying towards the main area without customizing much of my character. Luckily, I was able to customize it again after Pebble greeted me, but yeah it seems like a small starting bug?

I definitely had the same issue and was so upset until I realized we could fix it in game. Still frustrating though!!
