I was on my home island and went to leave and got a menu of Loftia City or Back to House. I just sent me back to the same place I was.

I experienced this the first time I took the balloon home from the hanging gardens. So I clicked on the balloon in the hanging gardens, got the option to go to my neighbourhood or a friend's, went to my neighbourhood, and the next time I clicked on the balloon, I got the option to go to Loftia City or back to house. Since then, I've been to hanging gardens multiple times, and this hasn't repeated itself; now, I correctly see the option to go to loftia city or back to hanging gardens.
