Backer key -> partner?

I am planning on sharing one of our backer keys with a friend of mine. However, they've also applied to be a partner and haven't heard back yet.

If they are accepted into the Partner program, does the Backer key return to me?

Hello, the backer key does not automatically return to you. If they have already redeemed the key, it cannot be used again (They can give you the key they get from the creator program though since there is no difference between those keys). If they haven't redeemed the key when/if they get accepted, they can just use their partner key and you can give the backer key to someone else. All in all, it is up to you and how much trust you have in your friend to "return" or not use the key
