The re-packager is there because it actually re-orders the items inside the package to match the original request.
This matters, because all inputs for the potion workshop go through the top, and which slot they end up in depends on order.
The bucket is first, followed by the 3 ingredients. Mermaid gem will always enter the mermaid gem slot.
Obviously, there's no issue currently since the slots are filled, but when they aren't, then the first input being in the correct order will matter.
