-The Moon should definitely have more biomes, many are in development but 1 in particular I'd like to see is Lava Tubes, massive, linear caverns filled with ores and a good place to build a mining base.
-For Mars, biomes based on Olympus Mons and Valles Marineris would be cool, as others have suggested, but maybe Subsurface Oceans like those around Valles Marineris would be cool. Not necessarily a biome per-se and I can see how it'd be hard to implement with the current freezing system.
-For Venus, maybe some mountains like Maxwell Montes would be cool, with Metallic Snow caps, which can be smelted (or maybe via a new process) into nuggets of any random metal, or if your unlucky, just Venus Sand or Gravel.
