I have a few suggestions for Ad Astra to help give it more of a "revival" feeling for the original Galacticraft mod it's based on. They are mainly additions that could be implemented:

Pre-charged/pre-fueled rockets, gear, blocks, etc. that make building in creative mode a whole lot easier.

Oil pumps so you can create a pipe system from an oil deposit to a fuel refinery without needing to bring lots of buckets.

Frequency module, which allows you to hear sounds better in space.

Optional og Galacticraft-style helmets/oxygen tanks for players that just want to go out with a helmet and an oxygen tank.

When you're flying with the jet suit, press shift to gradually descend so it's easier to do so in lesser-gravity environments.

Possible hover mode for jet suit, and maybe the option to edit jet suit keybinds?
7 (Bug fix) Extinguished coal torches still emit light, and I think that should be fixed.

Oxygen bubble distributor.

Asteroids you can visit.

When orbiting, you have the option to simply orbit the planet instead of immediately starting to fall. Like perhaps there's buttons while you're orbiting to return to a space station/earth, as well as to land on the planet.

Shield controller for better defense, maybe? Though with the netherite/jet suit armor, it might not be needed as much.

Sensor glasses for locating ores/oxygen leaks.

If asteroids are added, maybe a grapple could be useful? Though there is already the jet suit, the grapple could be useful for players that aren't there yet and need help navigating in zero-gravity environments.

Just better creative options for when you're in creative mode, such as the ability to create space stations instantly without needing all the required ingots in your inventory.

Better automatic air lock system that is able to pressurize and depressurize automatically.
