I bought the Broken Vase,
but the Lumin Goop didn't appear later in the whole run.

I don't know if it's a bug or it's not guaranteed to appear even I got the first piece.

I ran into the exact same issue for the exact same reason. I was playing on the Switch, though, so I don’t have a picture.

This happened to me, too. But I tried duplicating the Broken Vase, so I don't know if that maybe cause it in my case.

I had the same problem. I think the shop that was supposed to be in the node had a charm merchant instead. I was thinking how I was expecting a shop somewhere and there wasn't one.

Much like OPs screenshot, only 3 wooly snails appear total, while a charm merchant and gnome merchant appear where you'd expect to have an option for the other vase component
