I am trying to install the ValliStart Vekl DLC but after clicking on this button it opens the explorer (on the onedrive directory) without giving me the option to select a file. I won't get the click on "select and install a DLC package" button, instead it instantly loads and fails.

Try installing Rainmeter without OneDrive

You could change the "SkinPath"
