EGQ slows down time when active but for some reason this only works on low-end devices such as a ThinkPad E590
this is an unfair advantage for these players and i think it should be removed

Is frame skip off? It might just be lag.

In all Terraria, not just modded, if frame skip is off, (the default setting) lag slows down time.

I used to have a super low end laptop that would slow down whenever I entered a Celestial Pillar.
