hmmmm try to delete the item repo
close the game and go to .minecraft/config/skyblocker/ and delete item-repo and relaunch the game

could it have anything to do with not being on this update [Skyblocker] There's a new Skyblocker update available! Skyblocker 6.4.1 for 1.21.11
