everytime i open a gui like museum or talk to an npc that has a gui/storage/invetory freezes my game for a second does anyone know how to fix?

its a ping spike but idk how to fix

its none of my mods even when i disable all of them it still has ping spikes and when i changed verisons to 1.8.9 or even vanilia 1.21.5 its fine

Mind you run spark profiling to see what mod take the most time

Im expecting old skyhanni version or sba or bazaar utils
