I have enabled the solvers for all experiments on the experimentation table and none of them work. Furthermore, the Ultrasequencer puzzle is completely broken (when I click on the glass pane inside the puzzle, nothing happens and I therefore fail it).

I have tried the puzzles on Vanilla and they worked fine.

I looked through the logs and couldn't find any errors related to the problem. Though, I did see a warning saying that Skyblocker isn't compatible with ImmediatelyFast v1.211 and below. Would this be related to the problem at all?

shouldn't be, but update IF to latest version anyway just in case

just reinstalled from 1.19.0 to 1.19.1 and same thing

do you have the problem if you only use skyblocker. I think a mod you installed interferes with skyblocker

it looks like replay mod causing the problem
