It is complex but i'll try it:
Import an icoshpere, add this modifiers, then apply the modifiers.
Select the edges, ctr+b to bevel.
Duplicate the bevels and extrude the edges on scale.
Duplicate the outside sphere and scale it down so it looks like is the inside face. Then add a glass material.
Now duplicate the outside sphere, delete Only Faces, then use merge by distance and you will get this:
Now use ctr+left_click to select diferent paths and convert thoes to curves. You can use the curves as curve deform for cilinders.
