Every time I export videos from Blender and upload them to yt, I get this kind of quality loss (even though it's 1080p).

It's YouTube. Compression sucks and the only "workaround" is to resize your video to 4k (even though it's fhd) and upload the 4k video.
YouTube allows 4k videos to have a higher bandwidth.
Even then the quality will suck and you will get some ugly banding and artefacts

And I'm pretty sure the compression is higher if you don't have too many views. (Upload time is also slower, polyfjord confirmed)
