Hey, so i was working on something and i closed my blender file and when I now reopen it, it is just stuck in loading and won't open. I thought this might take some time but even after 2 hrs it didn't open. Any solution?

even after renaming the .blend1 file blender just opens and stuck in grey screen

likely means your blend file is corrupt, see if you have any old autosaves in your temp folder
alternatively, try appending all collections/the entire scene into a new file

just appending the "scene" or everytbing from the blend file? And also any idea how my file got corrupted because it was working just fine yesterday so that next time I can prevent this
