#Lost and chained mod bugged

Why is my lost and chained mod not working properly? As you can see, lost grandmother silk has white hair instead of black, and throuout the fight, she's not attacking me, she's just existing in the background. Lost lace is still attacking me with her usual move from vanilla fight, no new altered move like the one I see in the mod. Can anyone help?
