hollow knight dose not have mods

i used to be able to play hollow knight with the mods but then out of some were i couldn't join hollow knight so i uninstalled hollow knight and reinstalled it but now the mod have disappeared i tried putting hollow knight in the mods folder but that didn't work now im confused on what to do.

Verify that you are using the correct installer and patch!

• Hollow Knight recently updated. Until the modding tools are also updated, you need to make sure you're on the previous patch, available as a beta in Steam, with an installer such as Lumafly or Scarab.
  • Pirated copies / Unofficial ports are not supported
• Modding on 1.4.3.2 using "Mod Installer" / "Mod Installer 2" is no longer supported.
• 1.2.2.1 Modding does not have an installer.
  • You can type ?tag 1221 for info on it.

How to fix Installer Errors

• Make sure Hollow Knight is CLOSED.
• Make sure that the Installer isn't in your Downloads folder (Desktop or a folder on the same drive as your game install is best).
• If the installer is in a .zip, then you must Extract it
• Right-click the installer file, and select "Run as Administrator"
• If Lumafly is automatically closing, you may be missing a system file to open it. This is currently easily fixed by running the older installer, Scarab once.
