Im not getting relics

So, every time I find a relic, it's not placed in my inventory. Im very confused as to why this happens because there doesn't seem to be any mod to be conflicting with each other or changing how the relics work.

Im on Windows, latest patch, Lumafly, Steam.

i picked up tons of relics and lost them, i feel very hurt now lol

OK i forgot to mention the relics do appear when i open the vanilla game, but for some reason it doesnt when modded
