So I've been trying make a private server with hkmp and I think I did everything correctly, but now whenever I press host(in hk) it keeps on changing it to another number. Why is that happening.

Is it changing to 127.0.0.1?

For technical networky reasons, that's just your computer pointing to itself. When you host a server, you don't need to go find the right address to connect to it, you just need to connect to your own machine. Anyone else connecting needs the actual IP information though

ah so it should just work with the ipv4 that I give to my friends

Give your friends the ipv4 code, leave your own game on 127..., and it should just work, yes
