A modded version of No Eyes that is a play on See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Say no Evil. I imagine that this would be kinda like Mantis Lords, but with No Eyes.

Honestly the fact that you can’t hear her ghosts make them fit the “no ears” aspect imo. Moss charger might be an unconventional alternative. For no mouth, I think spawning ancient aspids might be a challenging alternative to a boss. I don’t think gruz mother makes much noise either.
