PaleCourt itself shouldn't cause this. My guess though is that you have the game at a non-standard reolution. Most mods only display things correctly if you're using of the preset 16:9 resolution options.

this isn't a pale court bug this is a damage values bug, for some reason, when I equip fury, abyssal bloom and unbreakable strength, at one hp it says I only do 32 dmg but my enemy hp bars mod disapproves that bc without fury and abyssal bloom it still says I do 32 dmg but it takes down less of the bar

DamageValues actually has a pretty limited amount of values it can display, it doesn't account for other mods and might not even work for every possible vanilla value. 32 is the damage dealt with strength alone, without fury nor abyssal bloom. The health bars will be accurate for this, although they have other limitations due to how enemies health work
