If I remember correctly HKSV is currently broken due to the fact that it hasn't been updated when the last major logic update occurred a few months ago

Looks like you've already been directed to the speedrunning server #1267018322948657214 message, they'll be more knowledgeable about this so you should ask there. Especially since the latest resource I remember was mentionning HKSV, so there's either a way to bypass the logic issue for current plando or I'm wrong about your problem, in either case you'll probably find answers in that server
