Detailed explanation: My mod installer (lumafly lumaflyicon ) can't find the path of my game and when i manually select it says ( exe of hollow knight is not valid! Select the exe of the game or the shortcut) it should identify the game path even in the folder but it doesn't

I tried to change to beta but i can only handle 64bit games

Verify that you are using the correct installer and patch!

  • For normal modding you should use a current installer (such as Lumafly or Scarab) and you must have Steam Betas set to "None"
    • Pirated hollowpirate copies / Unofficial ports are not supported
  • Modding on 1.4.3.2 using "Mod Installer" / "Mod Installer 2" is no longer supported.
  • 1.2.2.1 Modding does not have an installer.
    • You can type ?tag 1221 for info on it.

How to check your Steam Beta options:

You shouldn't be in any sort of Beta version

Make sure your game is back to latest patch, then you may need to verify your game
