Mac will not let me open scarab

When I install Scarab, it pops up with this message and I'm not sure what to do to fix the problem. If anyone could help that would be great! I have also tried with Lumafly and it does the same thing.

Common MacOS Problems & Fixes

🔹 ⚠️ Installer cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

• In the Finder on your Mac, locate the app you want to open. Don’t use Launchpad to do this! It doesn’t allow access the shortcut menu.
• Control + click the app icon, then choose "Open" from the shortcut menu.
• Click "Open".
  Note: You may need to do this twice, as the "Open" button doesn’t always appear the first time.
  The app is now saved as an exception to your security settings, and you can open it in the future by double-clicking it like normal.

🔹 Cannot Launch HK after updating MacOS or after changing patches!
