Every time he tries to instal mods this happens, when the bar loads the screen goes white. im asking on his behalf becasue he dosent know english. It only happens with custom knight.

"ModLog.txt" can be found in the same folder as your save files (you can drag and drop the file into discord) :
Windows: %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Team Cherry\Hollow Knight\

Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Team Cherry/Hollow Knight/

To easily get ModLog on Windows:

  • Press ⊞ + R
  • Copy and paste this into it %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Team Cherry\Hollow Knight and hit "OK"
  • ModLog.txt is in this folder.

Note: ⊞ is the Windows button, in between Ctrl and Alt on your keyboard

you should be able to just uninstall and re-install any mod

The white screen (the one that happens when the bar finishes charging) sudenly went away and it works now
